Dear Chicago current and former colleagues and Chicago Postgres Community!
To my surprise, I see more out-of-town folks registering for PG Day Chicago than locals. I think you are missing out, and here are the reasons not to delay your registration:
- This is a local one-day conference, which means you do not need to spend money on travel and hotel. This means that at a time when many companies are tightening their budgets and cutting travel costs or suspending travel altogether, your manager will be more inclined to approve your conference participation.
- The top-tier Postgres speakers are coming to Chicago! Did you have a chance to check the program? If not, check it out below – when was the last time all your favorite speakers were in town?
- The Early Bird rate is still effective till the end of the week
